DUE TO COVID-19 - ALL GUESTS MUST REGISTER TO ATTEND THE EVENT

Who needs to register (as confirmed with Interior Health)?

  • Anyone gathering at the awards ceremony
  • Anyone gathering at the start line.
  • Anyone gathering at the finish line.
  • Children of all ages gathering at any of the above.

Who does not need to register?

  • Members of the public who voluntarily choose to situate themselves along the 6.5km of trail - this is not being organized or controlled by event organizers. 
  • Although this is not being organized, we do ask that you please respect others. Please social distance and stay with your cohorts only. 
  • Please do not gather at the start line or finish line unless you have been registered.

FOR THE AWARDS CEREMONY:

Guests can choose to purchase a meal provided by Wheelie Good Eats for $25 (includes tax and gratuity). Food will be staggered and will start at 2pm. You will be assigned a time prior to race day. (See menu below).

Below is the timeline for the day:

  • First racer: Noon
  • Food: Starting at 2:00pm at the New Shuttle Zone parking lot.
  • Awards Ceremony: 3:30pm at the New Shuttle Zone Parking Lot
